Building Better Clients…
When we first start doing nails we want to do everything we
can to make our clients happy. A thought like this is not a bad idea, but
sometimes we can spoil our clients in
a negative way. Unintentionally we can make what is commonly known as a "Bad
Client." Meaning, a client that calls at the very last minute for an appointment
and then shows up ten minutes late with five or six nails missing or broken.
By establishing new policies that reward good behavior, there
is no benefit to being a "Bad Client". The "Good Clients"
will have the Best appointment times, the Best Service, the Best prices and Best
nails. Start your new policies right away and turn "Bad Clients" into "Good
Clients" and "Good Clients" into "Great Clients".
New Policies
1. All clients who come in every two weeks for their fill-ins will have a
100% guarantee. No extra charge for broken nails or for major repairs. No matter
what!
2. All clients who schedule every two weeks as a standing appointment for
three months in advance will receive a Full Set of sculptured nails every three
to six months for the price of a normal fill-in + $10.00 to soak off.

For example, a client who comes in every two weeks for a
$25.00 fill-in will spend approximately $160.00 in 3 months. However, a client
who comes in every 4 weeks will spend $ 75.00 on fill-ins, approximately $ 30.00
on repair work, and $50.00 for a new full set. All for a grand total of $155.00.

waiting too long between Fill-ins.
Good Luck,
Tammy Taylor

P.S. To make your job easier teach your clients how to do
their own polish or A-Coat changes, and sell them the products they will need to
be using. You will never make money on a polish change; it takes too much time
and you are never paid enough.

Turn those "Bad Clients" into "Good Clients" and "Good Clients" into "Great
