1. Set up a display area where everyone can see it.
 

 

2. Change the display with the holiday or the seasons.
 

 

3. Run a new special every month.
 

 

4. Have testers set out for clients to try. Always have a label and a price on each tester, so the client won’t be embarrassed to ask the price.


5. Purchase your items of the month when we offer our special discounts each week. (Stock up for your retails.)

 

6. If the item costs you $2.00, sell it for $4.00. Always double the price.

 


7. Run bonuses for the nail tech who sells the most
specials each week.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Use the product you have on special that month with every service. Example: Peach Scrub and Peach Creme. After every service, put a little Peach Scrub on their hands and let the clients rinse. Then put on some Peach Creme or Z-Coat and Nail Nourishment. Put Z-Coat on every single client followed by Nail Nourishment, even on acrylics and pedicures.
 

 

9. Keep everything under $15.00.
 

 

 

10. Start out with 2 oz. trial sizes, and 1/4 oz. trial sizes, so the client will try it and then buy the big size.
