This past weekend I had the opportunity to be inspired by a group of highly dedicated and skilled women. My Director of Education, Mary Stokus and I hosted our annual Nail Squad Recertification training at Tammy Taylor Nails Corporate Headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. My Nail Squad flew in from all over the USA to learn new techniques and procedures. They flew in from Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, Michigan, North Carolina and Utah. They spent 3 days training, re-motivating and inspiring each other. Being with my Nail Squad girls is a constant Nail Party, their passion for nails and teaching is so empowering. There was over 350 years of experience in one room, so you can only imagine the depth of learning that was going on. This year there were 8 Nail Squad Educators recognized for 20 YEARS or MORE of dedication to Tammy Taylor Nails.
