Acrylic not approved
(MMA) by the State Board of Cosmetology is normally
very hard, and
a drill is usually used to file it down.
Acrylic that is approved
(EMA) by the State Board of Cosmetology is softer
& more flexible,
allowing the fingernail flexibility, and is
easy to file with a hand-file.
